Sport Specific Training is also offered with baseball, basketball, football, soccer and volleyball programs.
Small classes (3 to 10 individuals) can be set up.

We combine Weight Training for strength and power with Core Training for explosive power and trunk stabilization.

Circuit Training for Weight Loss, Muscle Toning, Core and Trunk Stability

  • No Gimmicks here, there are no quick fixes to a healthy and fit lifestyle. Health and fitness can be obtained with a structured path towards your personal goals. Fitness Solutions can provide the groundwork & structure...you need to commit your time and energy. We ask for 60 minutes 3x per week. You will see and feel a difference in 6 weeks...guaranteed!

  • 2-3x per week some form of cardio fitness work, 30-40 minutes at an appropriate heart rate. Indoor equipment or outdoor activities it all adds up. We provide the motivation!

  • Weight Bearing Exercise to increase muscle mass and promote extended calorie burn. We offer on-going instruction and a variety of interesting and motivational methods/ equipment.

  • Our circuit classes change every six weeks in their program content. Different machine rotations, combined free weights, machines, abdominal exercises, use of swiss exercise balls, stability discs are all included with our functional circuit training stations.

  • We promote the importance of functional exercises. In the past large muscle groups have been the common theme in fitness programs. We promote a more encompassing approach to a TOTAL fitness program. We include in all of our programs core and trunk (functional) strengthing exercises. Functional exercises are a key factor in posture alignment, increased joint stability and decreased problems with lower back pain.

Our General Circuit Classes include stretching, core and trunk stability work, strength training w/weights, abdominal exercises and cardio vascular endurance.

Decrease your stress levels, increase bone density, avoid obesity and heart disease as you age.

Our class goals are to enhance your overall quality of life. In addition to a circuit class 2-3x per week we recommend a well-balanced, low fat, high fiber, diet. Take the time to take care of yourself!
